YOUR EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
The employee assistance program for employees and family members of Newton Memorial Hospital and Prime Care is administered through Personnel Resources Network (PRN). It is a professional counseling service and resource center which can provide help for most any problem that produces stress at home or at work.
A SERVICE DESIGNED TO HELP YOU FIND SOLUTIONS
- The EAP is staffed by professional clinical specialists - expert in dealing with depression, marital problems, alcohol and drug abuse, job stress, anxiety and many related issues.
- Often financial and legal problems co-exist with life stressors. The EAP counselor will meet with you, determine the nature of the problem services. The EAP counselors are very familiar with the many community resources that are available
THE EAP IS FREE OF CHARGE, VOLUNTARY AND CONFIDENTIAL
- The assessment, brief counseling and referral services are free of charge for you and your family.
- The employee Assistance Program is strictly voluntary and confidential.
- No one will know that you have come to us unless you tell them.
- If you are referred for further assistance, any further costs are your responsibility. However, your health insurance may help defray these costs.
