PRN is happy to welcome United Methodist Homes to our EAP family. 

 

This is a benefit that allows United Methodist Homes employees and/or family members to be able to access quality mental health treatment at no cost to them.  You and your family members are entitled to 3 EAP sessions.

 

To access your EAP follow these simple steps:

       1.  Call 1-800-676-8112

       2.  Identify yourself as an employee and/or family

            member of United Methodist Homes.

       3.  Tell us the location that is needed.

 

After your initial phone call, PRN will contact the therapist that is in the area needed, you will then be contacted by PRN and a therapist's name and phone number will be provided to you.  All you need to do is call the therapist and schedule an appointment. Below are the therapist's names and addresses.

This benefit is strictly confidential.  Your employer is not sent any personal information on any employee that accesses this benefit.  If more than 3 sessions are needed, your private health insurance will be used.  Also, your out of poket expense will depend on the coverage you have with Amerihealth, please contact your insurance company to find out exactly what your mental health benefit is.  PRN has contracted providers that accept Ameriahealth Insurance.
